Precautions for benzoyl peroxide
- Nov 29, 2018 -

Note: Studies have shown that the combination of benzoyl peroxide and topical antibiotics helps to reduce bacterial resistance, thereby prolonging the time it takes for antibiotics to work.

The combination also helps to reduce skin inflammation, thereby improving the symptoms of stubborn acne that cannot be improved by the use of benzoyl peroxide alone or salicylic acid alone.

There are many topical prescription products that use benzoyl peroxide and antibiotics in combination. You can ask your dermatologist to choose the one that best suits your needs.

Important note: Anti-acne treatment must be done from start to finish. For many people, acne is a process of continuous development, so acne is not a hammer sale. Only by adhering to acne can it strengthen the anti-acne effect and avoid the formation of new acne.
